The scientific content of EC2/BIG-NSE's educational programme reflects the research programme of UniSysCat.
Lecturers are the senior and junior researchers participating in UniSysCat (details, see "faculty"), that is, a faculty of approx. 60 researchers from 9 institutions, covering a huge diversity of research areas around catalysis: see here the list of all Project Leaders in the five research areas A to E.
But not only scientific lecture courses are offered to the EC2/BIG-NSE students. Their scientific education is also disseminated in other forms, like through active participation in workshops, summer/winter schools, seminars and so on. Also, a broad range of soft skills seminars are proposed to the students, on topics like "Intellectual property", "Business and scientific English" (of course, the possibility of intensive German course participation is offered as well from the beginning to the foreign students), "Business start-up ", "Presentation techniques" etc...
